Due to complex issues concerning electronic media and data translators Robert E. Taylor AIA Architect PA cannot control procedures used in retrieving and manipulating data stored on computers.  User acknowledges and agrees use of computer data is at user’s sole risk and without any liability risk or legal exposure by Robert E Taylor AIA Architect PA.  User of data/media has sole responsibility to verify accuracy and applicability of information by referring to hard copy of final documents, because changes made by hand, addendum, change order, etc to such drawings which may not be incorporated on enclosed/attached information.  User shall to fullest extent permitted by law, defend, indemnify and hold harmless Robert E Taylor AIA Architect PA from all claims, damages, losses and expenses including attorney fees arising out of or resulting from use of information obtained through this Agreement.
