Design / Build Project consisted of

· Remodel existing Florida Furniture Building to fit the needs of First Coast Technical Institute.

·Interior Renovations to include new handicap accessible restrooms and water cooler.
·Upgraded existing front entry, which included new stairs, ramps and landings covered by new canopy structure.
·Upgraded rear entry stairs and landings to gain access from the rear of the building.
·Designed roof structure for canopy and connections to existing Pre-Engineered Metal Building.
·Designed sign at street side of Building.
·Integrate new fire detection and alarm system into existing wet fire prevention system.
