Design Aspects

TB&D Inc. Designed and constructed this contemporary, wide open building to meet the needs of a regional commercial outlet on time and under budget. The facility included expanding the water retention area, increasing parking areas, providing for handicapped accessibility and refurbishing landscaping via competitive bid, lump sum contract.
